One of the first social principles of Islam is the networking of Muslim groups into a general collective unity. The people who are most deserving of this are those who are closest by kinship, as they have the right of brotherhood in Islam, and they have the right of kinship by kinship. And insulting the wombs, Or evading the fulfillment of their rights is one of the characteristics of losers who cut off what God Almighty has commanded to be delivered. In fact, this is a crime and a major sin. The person among us is most offended by what he sees with his eyes or hears with his ears, such as severance from the closest relatives whom man was created to love, honor, and honor, to the point that it has become a common thing in some societies. The current research aims to reveal the severing of ties of kinship and its social effects. The researcher followed the objective inductive approach to some Qur’anic verses, hadiths of the Prophet, and Islamic narrations. The research includes three main sections: The first section dealt with the concept of severing ties of kinship, its ruling, manifestations, and causes. The second section included the effects of severing ties of kinship. Surrogacy and its consequences, The third section included the treatment of the severing of family ties in Islam, and then the conclusion of the research, which included the most important conclusions reached by the current research, and then the sources and references.
