Abstract

Inventory model are used to determine the optimal order quantity and the reorder point by obtaining the lowest total cost of the storage to balance the productions quantity and the quantity of demand for materials but sometimes these models can`t be applied. So we resort to using simulation, where accurate, flexible and reliable results can be obtained. To achieve this study which is to improve the company`s warehousing system. This search will address two cases of the probabilistic warehousing model. Where the first model was applied to the monthly demand data for one of Diayla general company`s products. Which is the distribution transformed (400/11) for the years (2019,2020,2021). The second is the probabilistic storge model by simulation demand and comparing the two models to achieve optimization where the distributions of demand was found to find the mean and standard deviation, and the model was applied to obtained the model indicators were obtained.
